Dwór Udrycze is lovingly run by Eliza and Jeroen, who brought this 17th-century manor estate back to life — from its historic salons to the 150-year-old park and the arboretum they are now growing step by step. Day-to-day operations are kept running smoothly by Kasia Wyskowska, the estate manager, who makes sure every guest feels welcome.

Dwór Udrycze is a 17th-century manor estate, carefully brought back to life as a place of rest and stillness. This is not a stopover on the way somewhere — it's an estate to discover: a manor house with historic interiors, a 150-year-old park with old avenues, and an arboretum currently being planted and growing year by year. Guests stay in charming rooms and apartments (some with kitchenettes, attic rooms with air-conditioning), and dogs are warmly welcome. Breakfast is available on request in the manor's stately rooms, and in the evening guests are welcome in the estate's representative salons — to curl up with a book on the chaise longue, or simply enjoy a place with history. During the day, the park awaits: hammocks, loungers and centuries-old trees. On request, guests can also arrange their own campfire or barbecue in the park. The Renaissance town of Zamość — a UNESCO gem — and the Roztocze hills are close enough for a day trip, and far enough that in the evening you'll hear only birdsong.

The manor's immediate surroundings are a 150-year-old historic park — the walk begins right at the doorstep. Nearby, an arboretum is being developed with a growing collection of young, rare tree species. The dirt paths and gravel roads around Udrycze are ideal for cycling trips and long walks, and the surrounding forests invite mushroom foraging. A fifteen-minute drive separates the manor from Zamość — a Renaissance town on the UNESCO World Heritage list, with one of the most beautiful market squares in Europe and countless restaurants and cafés. In the other direction lies Roztocze: rolling hills, forests, ravines and crystal-clear rivers such as the Tanew and Wieprz, popular with kayakers and anglers. Roztocze National Park protects unique plant and animal species there. This is an area for those who want to slow down — no crowds, with nature within easy reach.
