Usytuowany dogodnie w cichym i spokojnym miejscu. Posiada duży (ok 2500m2) zielony ogród z placem zabaw dla dzieci, drewnianą chatą, miejscami do grillowania i odpoczynku. Aby dojść do centrum miasta potrzebują Państwo około 1 minuty a na plażę do 5 minut. Parking nie jest strzeżony lub dozorowany a za parkowanie nie pobieramy żadnych opłat.

Dworek Karwia jest komfortowym obiektem turystycznym położonym zaledwie 450m od wejścia na plażę, przyjaznym dla rodzin z dziećmi. Obiekt jest trzykondygnacyjny, dysponuje pokojami 2, 3, 4 osobowymi.
