Modern apartments available in a newly built building located in a quiet district of Świnoujście. The offer includes: 1) Apartment – 33 m² + 4 m² balcony For up to 4 adults. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, and a bathroom. In the living room: a sofa bed for 2 people, 43” Smart TV, table + 4 chairs, coffee table, and a desk. 2) Deluxe Apartment – 44 m² + 4 m² balcony For up to 4 adults. The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a spacious bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and a desk, and a bathroom. In the living room: a sofa bed for 2 people, 55” Smart TV, table + 4 chairs, and a coffee table. The kitchenettes in both apartments are fully equipped (pots, cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses), induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kettle. The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses and bedside tables on both sides. Large wardrobes are available in the hallway. The stylish bathrooms include a very spacious shower and a washing machine. Each balcony is furnished with a table and two chairs. Residents have access to a children’s playground and a green relaxation area. Each apartment includes a parking space in a monitored underground garage. Notes: The price includes a full set of bed linen and towels. A travel cot for a small child is available upon prior reservation.
