The flat is located on the first floor. Spacious, bright, newly renovated, with a balcony facing the courtyard. The window joinery ensures that you are cut off from outside sounds. Roller shutters installed throughout the flat provide privacy and in summer ensure that the flat does not heat up too much. The accommodation provides a full-size kitchen with appliances, a bathroom with toiletries and towels. Free Wi-Fi is available.

In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, pizzerias, shops, a pharmacy 24/7. Next to the block is located a bus stop from which you can get to practically every corner of the city, including the railway station. Your own car is not needed as you will find all amenities in the area.
