Our loft is truly one of a kind. Its unique features like 3.2 room height, three large windows and no wall between the lounge and the bedroom, form an open, bright living space in every corner of the suite. Modern, industrial interior design perfectly highlights apartment’s structure and creates a spacious but cozy feel. LED lighting behind the TV and below the couch contributes to the atmosphere at night and during the day. We also made sure to provide the highest digital functionality of the apartment. We offer our guests a 46-inch TV with Chromecast technology, cable TV and access to platforms like Netflix or Spotify. The whole setup is complemented by a soundbar speaker and a subwoofer. In the bathroom you will be able to find floor heating controlled by a touch screen device on the wall, a washing machine and a shower with a thermostat. The bedroom area consists of a king-size bed with the highest quality mattress, large wardrobes and a desk. The kitchen consists of features like a coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer or kitchenette. All complemented by cupboards full of glasses, plates, bowls, pans/pots, cutlery and cooking ingredients like spices or olive oil. Free undeground parking provided.

The apartment is situated in Bialystok’s city center, in the “Bojary” area (the oldest and richest in monuments area of the city) around 850m away from Rynek Kościuszki (main city square). The flat is located inside a quiet private area distinctive of a unique, industrial infrastructure transformed into loft apartments. All three windows face the main courtyard so there will be absolutely no street noises coming into the apartment. Our guests can find numerous grocery and 24/7 shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and clubs nearby. Hotel Gołębiewski with an aquapark and spa is only 300m away. A 7-minute walk from the suite will take you to the Piłsłudski Square next to the Dramatic Theater and getting to the Branicki Palace and Gardens will take only an additional 3 minutes. There are three biggest shopping malls situated within walking distance from the apartment too – Galeria Alfa (1km), Jurowiecka (1.2km) and Biała (1.4km).
