Oficyna Winiarza (Vigneron's house) offers a journey into the land of vine, castle, lakes and woods of Zabor. I created this place of love to Zabor, filling it with joy by the fountain in the sunlight and the quietness of the night in Zabor.

Oficyna Winiarza was established to transfer its guests to the land of castles, wine, lakes and forests of Zabor. I created this place from love to Zabor, filling every corner with the joy of sunny mornings at the fountain and the silence of Zaborski's night ringing in my ears. Zabor is a state of mind :-) Over 30 years ago, at any time of the day or year, I was discovering the secrets of the castle and the surrounding area. The park adjacent to the castle, a fountain, a moat, from time to time even the castle tower was one big playground for kids living on all fours. Today in the newest of them I want you to feel the magic of this place. Zabor is the castle but today it is also vineyards and the Lubusz Wine Center. In wine adventures in Lubusz, I especially recommend the Miłosz vineyard just a 15-minutes walk from Oficyna will allow you to see: a neo-Gothic church in Zabór, the largest vineyard in Poland and an old Protestant cemetery. In my opinion, the taste of Miłosz vineyard's wines, its owner Krzysztof Fedorowicz creates by adding a bit of his poetry to it. I wish you joy from every moment in Oficyna Winiarza.
