This modern apartment offers many amenities, including a coffee machine, TV, board games, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. The apartment is located on the ground floor, directly adjacent to Lodotworca ice cream parlor and café and Bar Bollero. It's a great option for a home-cooked meal.

An apartment right in the center of Rzeszów, near the Rzeszów Market Square. Many attractions are nearby, including the Maska Theatre, the Multimedia Fountain, the Old Town, pubs, and restaurants. Rzeszow Underground Tourist Route is just 200 meters away. There are also bike and pedestrian paths along the Wisłoka River. The building is located between two parks, and the "Zabka" store, restaurant, and café are located in the same building. Free parking is available every weekend and Monday to Friday from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM in the parking lot next to the market square.
