Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in. If the card used for the booking is unavailable at check-in or is not theirs, the guest will be required to pay upon arrival, and the amount charged to the card used to make the booking will be refunded.

Guests who would like to receive a VAT invoice should contact the hotel staff immediately after booking. Appropriate information, including full company data and NIP number, can be entered in the special requests box on the booking form or passed directly to the staff. Please note that the lack of information will make it impossible to issue an invoice later.

Please note that all guests with children must provide a valid ID for each child at check-in.
