Property info

Three new luxury holiday homes located on Lake Komorze in the Drawski landscape park (Natura 2000 area). The houses are spacious and have an area of 66 m2. On the ground floor is the living room with an open kitchen and toilet, at the first floor a the bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, just like at home. A large, covered terrace with a view of the lake. There is a set of lounge furniture on the terrace with a barbecue next to it. For children there is a trampoline, a playground with two swings and a slide. For children there are a sandpit, trampoline, swing, and volleyball/badminton net with a soccer goal gate set (only in the summer months). The holiday homes are rented all year round and have underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. Pet is possible in consultation

Neighborhood info

The lake is at a distance of 150 m from the holiday homes. Communal beach at a distance of 400 m, with a walking path along the lake, is approximately a 10-15 minutes walk. The area is quiet. Here one can relax and simply enjoy the beauty of nature.
