"U Eli" is located on the second floor of a new 5-story building with an elevator, whose construction was completed in 2019. The flat has 48 m2 including: living room, small room and bathroom. Each room has an exit to a shared 7-meter balcony. The restaurant is adapted to host from 1 to 4 people (size of beds: 200x145 cm and 200x100 cm). It is equipped with a kitchenette, electric cooker, electric kettle, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, TV set (95 programs), free Wi-Fi, radio, washing machine, window blinds on the remote control (all windows and balcony doors). The flat has a garage slot below the building. The place is cozy and nice; it's an oasis of peace in the city center.
The building is located at Bawarczyków 7 street in Torun. The city center about 600 m from the old town with all its monuments (including Copernicus monument, town hall, Copernicus' birthplace, Teutonic castle, planetarium, theater and Jordanki show hall). In a very short distance (about 100 m) there is the largest city market in the city and the Cinema City. In addition, about 1000 m away is the Tor Tor ice rink and one of the most beautiful sports facilities in Poland - the sports and entertainment hall ("Torun Arena"). Means of communication: TAXi stop - 30 m, city bus and tram stops - 200 m (among others to the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Motoarena or PKP), PKS bus station - approx. 300 m.
