Villa Atlantis to obiekt mieszczący się w cichej i malowniczej miejscowości Grzybowo położonej 5 km na zachód od centrum turystycznego Kołobrzegu. Obiekt znajduje się zaledwie 800 metrów od piaszczystej plaży, dzięki czemu jest idealnym miejscem do nadmorskiego wypoczynku. W Willi znajdują się pokoje 2-,3-,4 osobowe wraz z łazienkami, a w większości z nich jest również balkon. Na terenie obiektu znajduje się restauracja, w której serwujemy bogate śniadania i pyszne domowe obiady, dania a la cart oraz włoską pyszną pizzą. Przed budynkiem znajduje się ogrodzony parking oraz strefa relaksu – miejsce do grillowania oraz strefą malucha z placem zabaw.

Zlokalizowana na zachód od Kołobrzegu i położona w zatoce grzybowskiej, dzięki czemu woda w morzu jest tu dużo cieplejsza niż w turystycznym Kołobrzegu. Położenie w niedalekiej odległości od miasta portowego, które słynie z wielu ośrodków uzdrowiskowych, jest niezaprzeczalną zaletą cichego i spokojnego Grzybowa. Miejscowość charakteryzuje się wyjątkowo czystą i piaszczystą plażą o szerokość prawie 50 metrów, która pozbawiona jest wszelkiego rodzaju kamieni i związków mineralnych. Dno wody jest czyste, wolne od dołów i kamieni a jego głębokość sięga od 0.5 do nawet 4 metrów.
