This modern Villa Helena is located near the beach and within walking distance of the city centre, shops and bars. Year of construction: 2019 It has a spacious, modern kitchen with a dining area open to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an induction hob, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee machine and kettle are available. Large living room (50m2) from which the terrace can be accessed. It has a fireplace and a TV with satellite dish as well as a leather sofa bed with adjustable headrests and a recamiere sofa - a perfect place to relax! The house is surrounded by a terrace with barbecue place. One bedroom with a comfortable double bed is located on the 1st floor next to the living room and the bathroom. Modern bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower, toilet and sink with drawers. The spacious bedroom (21m2) in the second floor opens to the terrace. Additionally linen are available : 1.linen rental 10 EUR/person, 2. Paid electricity according to meter display 0.6 EUR/kWh 3. Wood for the fireplace paid additionally. 4. Dog 10.0 EUR per night for a dog. 5. Tourist tax 0,6 EUR per person per Day. We do not provide towels no cats at home. Parking on the property for 4 cars.

Villa Helena is located close to a campsite where you can find a restaurant, children's playground, beach with a pier and marina. A promenade leading to the city center and a public beach (bars, restaurants) is located ca. 500 meters from the house. There is also a marina with a bar where fresh fishes are being served and an observation point. The city has a church, a town hall surrounded by the old town houses as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Hiking in the forest as well as cycling in the area. Day trips to Szczecin (40km) or Altwarp (by ferry from Trzebiez) as well as small neighbor places (Podgrodzie, Miroszewo, Trzebiez), agriculture and horse riding offer an alternative to beach holidays.
