Tropical Coast Properties LLC is a real estate company that was established in 2011 to offer vacation rentals to the worldwide travelers that visit Rincon, Puerto Rico yearly to enjoy surfing, our culture, and a memorable getaway in our small piece of paradise. The west side is very special and has lots of fun activities that you will certainly enjoy doing during your vacation as: surfing, paddle boarding, horseback riding, scuba diving, sail charters, snorkeling, Farmer's Market every Sunday at the Plaza, Artwalk every Thursday night at the Plaza. There is a high variety of restaurants in the area that are great to visit. Our properties are self-catered rentals and only a “starter supply” of toiletries is provided. The guests must buy more as needed. For an additional cost on all our rentals we have housekeeping service, grocery shopping, and taxi service.

Two bedroom apartment located on one of the most desirable areas in Rincon, walking distance to Steps Beach and the Marina. The unit is facing the street, this is not a beachfront property but you can see the water from the outdoor areas. For your relaxation there is an outdoor hammock and sitting area.
