Directly across the street is the birthplace of Emeterio Betances, one of Puerto Rico’s most honored figures, and right next door is the historic Excelsior Theatre, built in 1871 and still showing films today. You’ll be just 10–25 minutes from some of the island’s best beaches, and only one block from the lively town plaza, where you’ll find charming restaurants, local cafés, and boutique shops waiting to be explored. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, Zara’s Place offers the perfect blend of history, comfort, and local charm. Town Center, close to everything. Best beaches 10 - 25 minutes away. Town Plaza is walking distance, restaurants and shops near by. Very peaceful.
