The living area, kitchen, dining table and balcony are on the first level and the three bedrooms are on the second level. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. One bed is king and the other two are queen size. There is a two bedroom apartment below. Each bedroom has a full and a twin size bed, also a bathroom on each. There is another full kitchen and living area in this level. The pool area is private and available for guests to use until 10 pm. Parking space for up to 4 cars. The property is private for guests. We are a phone call away. Puntas neighborhood is the home of surfing in Rincon. We are a two minute drive from Sandy Beach.
