The 1.75 acres property comes with a fully renovated concrete house with high ceilings, 4 bedrooms (all queen beds), 2.5 bathrooms, living room, 4 chairs dining table and a complete full stainless steel kitchen appliances with quartz countertops. Includes two 65 inch smart tv's, ceiling fans, wifi, security camera (outside), 4 feet deep salt water/heater infinity pool, two swings and a diesel generator for any unexpected. Enjoy every afternoon in the back balcony or in the beautiful outdoor patio with kitchen area (griddle) or just relax at the balcony while watch your favorite show, event, sport or movies at the outdoor 4k projector.
