Use volleyball area near the boardwalk. No loud music, noise, or screaming. No lifeguard. Parking Park only in designated spaces; no handicapped parking. No vehicle washing. Violations may get police tickets. Trash Use dumpsters near the tennis court; close the gate after use. No trash in hallways, entrances, near apartments, pool dumpsters, or green areas.
