This apartment has solar power and its in the city of Las Piedras close to everything, making it easy to travel the southeast part of the island surrounding areas, shopping center, restaurants, entertainment, local food locations, beaches, rivers, mountainous sightseeing areas and many more. The highway is located 2 minutes away and 30 minutes from San Juan without traffic.
I am a retired teacher and currently host two Airbnb properties, one in Las Piedras and the other in Ponce.
Family Oriented Neighborhood. The family is very united, friendly and sometimes loud in the mornings. Construction and improvement are constantly done causing loud noise as well. Music can be heard close to the area of the apartment due to location of bars, open restaurants and entertaining local activities Thursday through Sunday nights. The family has gathering usually on Fridays and Saturdays night with Latino music and singing of themselves and there guest. Loud cars with music can also be heard close and nearby the town. The area is very active and full of life but the apartment is peaceful and pleasant and very private.
