Cozy first floor apartment designed for rest and tranquility. It's perfect for nature lovers who enjoy of sunrises, swim and walk on the beach, observing seabirds and other local wildlife. Fully equipped for up to 4 guests, offering a peaceful setting to unwind, enjoy the ocean breeze and connect with nature. The apartment has a living room with TV, kitchen, one bathroom and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The first bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has two twin beds.

Punta Santiago is a friendly fishing village with a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Nature lovers will enjoy being close to the Efrain Archilla Natural Reserve, perfect for exploring local wildlife and coastal trails. The neighborhood has everything you need for a comfortable stay: local restaurants, a bakery, a gas station, a pharmacy, a post office, and a fresh fish market. We're about 40 minutes from the Luis Munoz Marin Airport and 40 minutes from El Yunque rainforest, making it a great base for both beach relaxation and adventure.
