Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway at Riverhouse Luquillo. Your own private home and river access, that you can hear and see out your window. The peace and privacy of this paradise is something you can enjoy from dawn til dusk. 15 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. El Yunque rainforest-15 mins Walmart, Walgreens, 10 mins. Shopping and dining at Los kioskos-15 min Las Pailas -10 mins Bioluminescent bays- 20 min Playa Azul-15 min Fajardo-10min SJU-40 min
I designed the property to accomodate a broad range of users, including people with disabilities like myself, for their enjoyment. Many of my interest come from the beautiful nature the island of Puerto Rico has to offer, like swimming, hiking to amazing views, and trying delicious island food.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. House sits on a hill so not many passerby walking. The area has lots of beautiful nature and greenery. Only 1 neighbor next door. There is a privacy wall between both properties.
