Property info

Conveniently located just next from the University, on the access to Serra da Estrela, 4 km from the Natural Park entrance, it has excellent sun exposure and contemporary décor, which gives it a high level of comfort and convenience. The two balconies and direct access to the outside through the ground floor provide the flexibility needed for short or long term family stays. The level of equipment is high with fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. All of this makes this family-friendly apartment the ideal place for your winter holiday in the snow or to discover nature, history and culture all year round.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the S. Martinho area, in the Altavista building of modern architecture and overlooking the valley of Ribeira da Goldra, next to the centennial church of Nª Senhora de Fátima and the wool museum and the main pole of the local University. Ideal access point for access to Serra da Estrela and the historical center of Covilhã.
