Property info

The Atlântico apartments are a small, family-friendly local accommodation, designed for companies, couples, and/or families with children looking for tranquility. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. The apartment does not have daily cleaning, only towels are changed every 4 days and sheets are changed weekly. Check-ins between 4pm and 11:30pm. Check-ins after 11:30 pm are not accepted. We ask that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible and may incur costs. Request an invoice with taxpayer number when making the reservation. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued to the Final Consumer without modification (in accordance with the provisions of the current article). It is necessary to leave a deposit of minimum 200eur in cash or credit card, it will be returned later if everything is in good order. In case of booking the Monthly Rate, please note that the deposit required will be the extra amount of a monthly rent. Please note that electricity will be paid separately.
