Property info

The Pátio Victória apartments are a small, family-friendly local accommodation, ideal for companies, couples, and/or families with children looking for tranquility. Amenities and toilet paper are only provided on the day of arrival, the remaining days are at the expense of the guests. The apartment does not have daily cleaning, only towels are changed every 4 days and sheets are changed weekly. Check-ins between 4pm and 11:30pm. We ask that you inform us of your arrival time in advance. If we do not have this information, you may have to wait up to 1 hour for the person responsible and may incur extra costs. If you want an invoice with a tax number, please request it when making the reservation. If this information is not received in a timely manner, the invoice will be issued to the Final Consumer without modification (in accordance with the provisions of the current article) It is necessary to leave a deposit of 200eur in cash, which will be delivered upon your departure if everything is in good order. In case of booking the Monthly Rate, please note that the deposit required will be the extra amount of a monthly rent. Please note that electricity will be paid separately. Change of sheets and towels once a week. Note that this unit doesn't have reception.
