Casa da Sicó is the second country house created by the hosts of Casa Cerro da Correia. Casa da Sicó is located in Manteigas (3km from the village center), in the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela, and has a magnificent view over the Zêzere Glacier Valley. All rooms are heated. Outside there is a patio for al fresco dining, in the surrounding gardens and woods you can go hiking or picnic. Follow us to the vegetable garden stuffed with tasty mountain farming products.

We know intimately the community in which we live and the hiking trails of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park. We want to reveal to our guests the secrets of Serra da Estrela, a territory that we love deeply. In all areas of activity of Casa Cerro da Correia - accommodation, experiences and meals - we work towards the sustainability of our actions, not only in the environment, but also in the growth of the company and the development of the region we live in. For these reasons we started the process of certification in sustainable tourism, assigned by Biosphere. We integrate a territory with lots to offer and we wish that those who visit us become part of the unique way of life of Serra da Estrela. Giving visibility and valuing the knowledge and experience of the inhabitants of the region is only possible if our work is genuine, authentic, focusing on local products, the delicate ecosystem of Estrela and the natural and cultural heritage of the community.
