Otilia and Robbie welcome you to our home in Casal Da Rola. Otilia was born in this little village and dreamed of returning to her roots. Robbie is an Irish sea kayak guide who dreamed of a place near the ocean. They have two happy and adventurous children - Liam and Nina, who give the house it's name (Casa Limonina). We hope you enjoy your stay with us in our little piece of paradise. Bem vindo and Fáilte romhaibh.
Enjoy your morning coffee on our back terrace while watching the sun rise over Limonina. Try surfing at the world class beaches of Figueira Da Foz. Explore the bustling Sunday market at Louriçal. Visit the 500-year-old monastery in Louriçal. Take a scenic drive to the Serra de Boa Viagem and test yourself on the ropes course at the top. Soak up the stunning sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean on Leirosa, Pedrogao or Cabdelo beaches just a 20 minute drive away. Immerse yourself in the vibrant city of Coimbra on the Rio Mondego host to one of the oldest universities Stroll through the local rice fields, a haven for birdwatchers. Enjoy typical Portuguese food in traditional restaurants. Soak up the sun setting on the surrounding hills with a glass of the local vino verde on the terrace.
