Situated in the historic centre of Mértola, Museu offers picturesque views of the Guadiana River and free WiFi. Next to the reception of the property is a museum showing archaeological excavation work. The air-conditioned rooms at Museu feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. All rooms have modern décor, wooden furnishings and parquet floors. Every morning, guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast. A selection of local and international drinks is available at the bar. The surrounding landscape is perfect for walking and cycling. The staff can organise bike rentals, kayak and boat tours at a surcharge. The property has its very own boat to organize the boat tours. Free private parking is available on site. Guests can take a 5-minute walk to Mértola’s medieval mosque or drive to the Spanish border, a 20-minute drive away by car. The unit provides free parking for motorcycles and bicycles.
