Residential house located in the Douro International Natural Park, in the town of Barca D'Alva. On the bank of the Douro River, it offers fantastic views of the river, next to the river pier where cruises that sail up the Douro River between the city of Porto and Barca D'Alva, which borders Spain, dock daily. Located 120 km from Salamanca and 80 km from Guarda, is a fantastic Villa to enjoy the fantastic vineyards of Porto and Douro wines, and the gastronomy of this region. The swimming pool is normally open between the months of june and september, both included.
