Cozy house with 49 square meters on the outskirts of the well-known city of Estremoz. The backyard is a refuge away from the eyes of the neighborhood, dining and living area. This house has the characteristic features of the area, but with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, it is pet friendly. Estremoz municipal swimming pools, supermarkets and historic center less than 10 minutes away. On Saturdays we have the traditional market and the renowned antiques fair. Pets are welcome at Refúgio Alentejano, upon request.
The host has a degree in Communication and, after a brief stint in the television world, she decided that she should begin a journey of personal enrichment, meeting new people and new places. Taking advantage of a family vacation home, the hostess had the opportunity to start a project in an area renowned for its scenic and cultural beauty, making Refúgio Alentejano the first step towards the construction of a hotel project allowing a unique and familiar experience for its guests.
Guests enjoy the variety of restaurants and wine tastings at wine estates in the area. The places of greatest interest in Estremoz are: the Berardo Estremoz Museum, the Estremoz Boneco Interpretive Center, the Municipal Museum of Estremoz Prof. Joaquim Vermelho and the Centro de Ciência Viva Estremoz. The city of Estremoz is just a few kilometers from the following emblematic towns and cities in Alentejo: Vila Viçosa, Elvas, Évora, Sousel, ÉvoraMonte, Redondo, Alandroal, among others. Refúgio Alentejano is just 4km from the center of Estremoz.
