The farm is bordered to the west by the Peraboa river and to the north by the Caria river. All its houses are in granite, of various epochs, the oldest being before Sèc. XVII - XVIII. Since 1875 (7 generations), which belongs to the family. Having its current owner 77 years and 7 children. And in particular, the current members of SAQA - Soc. Agrícola Quinta do Alçada Lda, a company that operates the farm, includes three generations of members. It is located in the parish of Peraboa and has a total of about 120 hectares. The farm is bordered to the west by the Peraboa river and to the north by the Caria river. 20 km from Serra da Estrela. We have 6 bikes: 2 for children, 2 for teenagers and 2 for adults.
