Property info

This home is just 300 meters from the beach of Praia da Claridade and is situated on a large property that features a mature garden. Come home from the beach and sit in the shade of the lemon tree to enjoy your evening cocktail and BBQ. The garden also supplies herbs and vegetables for your meals.

Neighborhood info

Our neighborhood is perfect for walking. The beach is huge and only a couple minutes from the house. The summer festivals are many and often held on the beach. There are grocery stores, restaurants, shops and the bakery all within minutes. The boardwalk along the sea will take you all the way to the heart of Figueira da Foz, about a 30 minute walk, where you will find interesting architecture, more shops, restaurants and nightspots including a casino. Across the bridge (take a cab or your rental car) you will find the surf school. Take a few lessons and enjoy some of the best surfing in the world!
