Villa dos Cedros is a traditional house in the Trás-os-Montes region that has belonged to our family for six generations. Carefully restored, it preserves the authenticity and charm of times gone by while combining tradition with modern comfort to provide a peaceful and memorable stay. Located in the village of Pereira, in the municipality of Mirandela, and surrounded by olive groves, almond trees and unspoilt nature, it is the perfect retreat for those looking to slow down, enjoy the peace and quiet, and discover the beauty and authenticity of the Trás-os-Montes region. The house is rented exclusively to one group per stay and features a private swimming pool, a garden and spacious outdoor areas, ensuring complete privacy for relaxing moments with family or friends. We also welcome pets, because we believe that the best holidays are those shared with every member of the family. The property is also home to a carefully preserved traditional olive oil mill, where guests can discover part of the estate's history and learn about the olive oil-making tradition that has been part of our family's life for generations. We live in a separate house within the estate and are always available should you need any assistance, recommendations or local advice to make your stay even more enjoyable. At the same time, we fully respect our guests' privacy, allowing them to enjoy the property in complete peace and independence. More than just accommodation, our goal is to offer a genuine Trás-os-Montes hospitality experience, making every guest feel truly at home and leave with wonderful memories and the desire to return. Villa dos Cedros is located in the peaceful village of Pereira, in the municipality of Mirandela, in the heart of the Trás-os-Montes region. Surrounded by olive groves, almond trees and beautiful natural landscapes, it is the perfect place for those looking to relax, enjoy nature and discover the authentic charm of this unique region. Just a few minutes away is the town of Mirandela, renowned for its outstanding gastronomy, particularly the famous Alheira de Mirandela (traditional smoked sausage), as well as its historic centre, the Old Bridge and the scenic riverside walks along the Tua River. The surrounding area also invites you to explore traditional villages, panoramic viewpoints, river beaches, hiking trails and local producers of olive oil and wine. Within the estate itself, guests can visit our family's carefully preserved traditional olive oil mill, a testament to the property's rich agricultural heritage and centuries-old traditions. We will be delighted to recommend restaurants, places of interest and authentic local experiences, helping you discover Trás-os-Montes just like a local.
