Casa El Jardín is a carefully restored historic house designed to offer privacy, comfort, and inviting spaces to enjoy together. The property consists of three independent apartments, each with its own bedroom and private bathroom with shower. This allows families and groups to stay together while still enjoying their own personal space. Guests have access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, spacious common areas, a swimming pool, patio, garden, barbecue area, and several outdoor spaces for relaxing or sharing a meal. The house combines the charm of its original architecture with modern comforts such as air conditioning, bed linen, towels, and thoughtfully prepared rooms. Whenever possible, we welcome guests in person and make sure everything is ready so they can feel at home from the moment they arrive.
We love welcoming people from different parts of the world and helping them feel at home. We enjoy culture, history, and food, and are always happy to share our best tips about Asunción.
Casa El Jardín is located in the heart of Asunción’s historic city centre, an area rich in culture, history, and local life. A Casa Bicentenario is just half a block away, and the Juan de Salazar Cultural Centre is around the corner. Britannia Pub and Lo de Osvaldo restaurant are also nearby. It is an excellent base for exploring the city centre’s historic buildings, museums, cafés, and cultural attractions on foot.
