We have been receiving guests since 2018 becoming Airbnb Super-hosts fairly quickly. We have close to 100 reviews with more that 90 5/5. We love to receive recognition from our guests since that means we managed to achieve a positive effect on their journey.
Property info
Our apartments have been in use since 2018. They consist of one ensuite bedroom, and one living room attached to a kitchen. Both spaces have wall to wall, and floor to roof windows that allow lots of light into de apartment. Blackout shades allow for no light to bother your sleep. The furniture usually consists of a queen size bed in the bed room, a large sofa bed or a large sofa, in the salon, a small dinner table with the appropriate number of chairs, TV, all the necessary utensils needed to cook and Internet. In the case that guests need further sleeping accommodations, we offer upon request, Bo Concept puffs that transform themselves into 80cm x 190cms beds.
Neighborhood info
The building is located in between old Asuncion and new Asuncion. We have within a couple of blocks away: supermarkets, taxi stations, bust stops, restaurants, laundry services, gyms and most of what you will require whilst you stay in Asuncion. Though we are a residential neighborhood, we are sufficiently close to business, universities, shopping centers as well as all sorts of social activities.
