We live in our house which is between Capiata and Areguqa. It is a semi rural area and very peaceful. In the garden we have constructed two small private, individual dwellings, Casa Pablo and Casa Vanessa. Both are "monoambiente" and independent. They share a swimming pool, garden and terrace of billiards. They each have there own terraces, air conditioning and are fully furnished. Casa Pablo sleeps up to 5 people and Cssa Vanessa up to 8 people.
We are a married couple. Me-English/Spanish and Dominga my wife is Paraguaya. We used to live in Spain and came here to retire and start this small business. I am ex professional photographer. We are continually looking for ways to improve what we offer. We live on site and are availqable to help or advise if required but our guests have complete freedom to be independent.
We live in a very peaceful area, just 50 meters from the main tarmaced road. We are surrounded by trees and opposite the house is a park with football pitch for use by locals and childrens swings. Nearby is the village/town of Aregua with its famous "Playa", strawberry fairs and artisan ceramic cottage industry. The capital of Asuncion is within easy drive or bus trip. Also the airport.
