Kaz-Samèm is classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation. Naturally between land and sea, you will appreciate the charm of a new bioclimatic wooden apartment of 30 m2, with: double bed, ceiling fan, equipped kitchen, Italian shower, sofa bed, baby bed and chair, beach games , etc. and a large terrace with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Kaz Samèm is located 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from the 4-lane highway and at the foot of the hiking trails. The bus stop is 80 meters from the accommodation, the Avirons town center is 5 minutes away. Built entirely of wood in 2024, Kaz Samèm is comfortable, bio-climatic and atypical, with a 180-degree view of the Indian Ocean from the living room and varangue. A parking space, with electric vehicle charger, is reserved for tenants just in front of the ground-level entrance.
We live just 20 meters from Kaz Samèm, and are at your disposal during your stay, by phone or e-mail... or by calling us.
You will be 15 minutes from the beaches and at the foot of the hiking trails. You can have curries or pizzas delivered for lunch or dinner, the services are available at Les Avirons... Three markets, Les Avirons, Etang-Salé, St Pierre, await you on Saturdays and Sundays to feast your eyes and buds..
