My name is Andreea and I want to offer people the experience and culture of Sibiu in a modern, tasteful and very comfortable environment, where guests can feel at home. I also like to travel a lot, every year I visit new countries and in each trip the main interest was to live the experience and local culture and to get in contact with the locals and their customs. At our property I try to offer my guests the warmth and comfort with which I have been welcomed in my travels. At the same time, I especially enjoy getting to know and hearing about the past travel experiences of the guests who cross our threshold, and for this reason I am particularly involved in guest accommodation. So I can meet people from all over the world. We can also give you advice on the best places to visit and restaurants in Sibiu and its surroundings, and to make the experience unique and worthy of Transylvania, we offer each guest a shot of homemade brandy, prepared by my family.

Property info

The building was built around 1850 by a Saxon family and was among the first houses in Sibiu outside the fortress. Over time the house was owned and lived in by several generations of different Saxon families, and until 1910 the street was called Mühlgasse (Mill Street). For a short period of time at the end of the 19th century an inn was run by a Jewish merchant on the ground floor of the property, and during the communist period a fitness room was built in the attic. Over the last 5 years the building has been renovated many times in order to preserve both the Saxon influence and colours and to meet all the needs of the guests who visit us. The current name of the property reflects the number of rooms we have available, but also alludes to the ultra-central location of the building which is in the heart of Sibiu, just a few steps away from the Old Town. The house has separate entrances for all the rooms, and two are oriented towards Andrei Saguna Street while the other two have windows facing the inner courtyard. A mini-kitchen is set up in one of the hallways.

The building is located on Andrei Saguna Street, right in the heart of Sibiu, a few steps away from the Old Town. Within a 3-minute walk are the recently renovated Petofi Sandor Park and Astra Park. Vis-a-vis of the Astra Park are both the library and the Astra Palace located, where the Duma of Sibiu used to hold lectures, and a few steps away is a newly renovated spa, the Neptun Popular Bath. Various pharmacies, corner shops and supermarkets are located nearby, so there's nothing to worry about if you need certain products. Within a few minutes walk near our property you can visit the 3 famous religious monuments of Sibiu, the Metropolitan Cathedral, the Evangelical Church of Saint Mary and the Roman Catholic Church of the Holy Trinity. The house is one of the first dwellings built in Sibiu outside the fortress, and at the corner of the street there is a kilometric milestone from Roman times. All the neighbouring houses on Andrei Șaguna Street are recognised as historical monuments, so you'll have your first contact with Sibiu's famous Saxon architecture from the very first steps.
