Unique view from both sides of the building. All the bedrooms have views to the Clabucet slope (+ Bucegi mountains from the last floor), all the living rooms from all the floors - overlooking the city and the Postavarul mountains. Apartment capacity - 4 pers. (Including children). Balconies in all rooms, terraces in all living rooms. We offer baby cots and high chair on request if available. At 100 m there is a promenade area and a bicycle route (Polistoaca), a route that leads to Cabana Susai or Azuga. We recommend: tourist routes, swimming pool- 400m, tubbing-250 m, bowling- 400m, restaurants -200m, atv 200m, bicycles -200 m, ski or board instructors, taxi, etc. We do not accept groups larger than 8 persons. We do not accept the visit above the maximum capacity of the apartments. The apartaments are sanitized with ozone generator.

Neighborhood info

The location of the facility is quiet and close to the Clabucet Ski Area (250 m) and the center (300 m), very close to the Polistoaca Promenade (100 m). 6 km to Fun Park Trei Brazi, 15 KM-Canion 7 Stairs. Predeal is located in the center of the mountain resorts. From here you can easily walk to other sights: 20 km-Sinaia (Peles Castle), 15 km Busteni (cable car-Babele, 25 km-Brasov (Black Church, Aventura Park, Aqua Paradise), 40 km- (Bran Castle), 20 km- Rasnov (Dino Park, Rasnov Fortress, Cave), 45 km-Bolboci Lake, etc.
