The apartment is on ground floor and has a big garden/terrace with a stunning lake and city view. It is guarded 24/7 and situated near Iulius Mall and Iulius Park

My name is Adrian , i've worked many years in the hotel business and now i decided to rent my apartments. I'm 44 years old .

It is a quiet neighborhood , just 2.5km from the old town. The shopping center is 2 minutes walking from the apartment , there you can find a cinema complex with 10 screening rooms , food court , coffee shops , a traditional romanian restaurant and much more .
