Situated on a private tableland, about 5 minutes away (walking distance) from the Bran Castle and the center It facilitates easy access with sufficient parking. It provides more than 10.000 square meters of land, most of which is flat and appropriate for fun outdoor activities for children and adults alike. Property’s room layout: - 11 double rooms - 4 large double rooms - 1 studio apartment - 1 duplex apartment with an indoor staircase

Neighborhood info

The neighboring area is calm, peaceful and unique. A best of both worlds scenario, as the vila is centrally located, approximately 400 meters (5 mins - walking distance) away from Bran’s center and the castle. There are no neighbors in close proximity, while the land’s sheer size and central location will provide you with privacy and peace as well as easy access to the most spectacular local sites.
