Oradea, Bihor, Piata 1 Decembrie no. 11, historic 3-level palace with recently renovated facade and roof, opposite the park, adjacent to the Ullmann Palace. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, without an elevator, being the only apartment on the top level. The building can be accessed through the front, where there are paid parking spaces, and through the back, where there is a private courtyard with 4 common parking spaces. The apartment has a guaranteed temperature between 20 and 21 degrees Celsius, hot water is provided by an electric boiler and it is also air conditioned.
