Our company has specialized in the tourism and business sector in short to medium-term apartment rentals since 2017. We offer professionalism and commitment to provide our clients with a home-like stay. We also offer assistance and information in the fields of tourism and real estate. All our apartments are classified with 3 stars by the Ministry of Tourism. We also accept holiday card payments (Sodexo-Pluxee/Up/Edenred), and we issue an invoice for reimbursement.

Property info

Modern apartments located in Brasov, in a residential area just 4 km from the historic center. They offer all the comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay. They feature a double bedroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed and a terrace with a view, a hallway with storage space, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Free private parking is available. Located just 2-4 minutes from each other, our apartments are perfect for a Brașov vacation, even for groups. A large playground, restaurants, a market, and various shops in a shopping center are just a few minutes' walk away. The bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away, providing easy access to the historic center (just 4 km away), the train station (within 10 minutes), Brasov Airport (within 10 minutes), and Poiana Brasov. Access to the accommodation units is obstacle-free for travelers with wheelchairs or for families with strollers; a small ramp provides access to the hall. From there, one can reach the accessible elevator that serves all floors, from which the entrances to the apartments can be accessed.

Avantgarden 3 is a modern and clean neighborhood with all services and 24h / 24 private surveillance. Very close to the center of Brasov there is a strategic position to reach the main tourist attractions such as the Bran Castle, the district being served by the public transport which connects to the center and the train station and the taxi with excellent rates. For shopping less than 1 km, we find Auchan, Carreffour and many other shops. A few meters from the apartment is a beautiful playground for your children's fun ...
