Welcome to a new, spacious and exquisitely designed apartment with free underground parking and AC in each of the two rooms at minutes walking distance from downtown. Make yourself comfortable in a place of stylish furnishing that oversees the private courtyard. Located in a brand new condominium next to The Office, Record & The Stables business centers & World Class fitness. This spacious (56 sqm/600 sqft) apartment is composed of: - 1 bedroom with queen bed + office desk - 1 living with a extendible 3 seats modern sofa - fully equipped kitchen + dinning - bathroom with bathtub, premium toiletries (shampoo & shower gel), hairdryer For laundry needs you can use the washing machine, tumble dryer, laundry detergent, ironing board and iron. A 55" 4K TV and free high speed WIFI (512 MB) are available together with 2 places that can serve as a desk. AC is available in each room, floor heating, free underground parking and self-check-in. Carrefour Express (grocery shop) at ground floor. The apartment has one free parking spot located in the underground parking garage with video surveillance, which can be reached from inside the building by elevator.
