You'll be welcomed by a beautiful modern home where the boundaries between indoors and nature blur. Enjoy reading a book by the fireplace or enjoy your morning coffee with a peaceful view of the greenery outside. Whether it's spring's fresh green hues or winter's crisp white blanket of snow, the view from every window is a constant reminder of nature's beauty. The bathroom is a dream – imagine soaking in a luxurious tub while gazing out at the lush landscape through floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious bedroom features an 160cm comfortable bed and is equipped with remote-controlled window shades (which can make the room completely dark) to accomodate those who are sensitive to light in the morning. A second room, originally designed as an office space, offers versatility and can act as a second bedroom with an extendable smaller sofa bed (140cm). Please note that the extendable sofa is not as comfortable as the bed from the main bedroom and while the extended sofa can be used by 2 adults, it is better suited for 2 children. This room also has remote controlled window shades. This room is ideal as an office for those working remotely! We offer monitors on request and we have high speed internet (Gigabit). The Wi-Fi really is great for working remotely! Stay cozy no matter the season with various heating options: electric floor heating, air conditioning, or the warm ambiance of the fireplace. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is fully equipped (really) to meet your culinary needs. Please note the last 150m before you reach the house don't have asphalt, it's a dirt road, but it can be used even by lower cars (except once or twice a year when it's very heavy snow). We can issue invoices if you require one! We have one, actively recording, exterior camera overlooking the front yard which records video and audio. Myself and my husband have lived at the Black Walnut House for 4 years, before we had to move to the city with our jobs. We absolutely love this house and we want other people to enjoy the serenity that it brings. What we've enjoyed the most is that unique feeling one gets when curling up by the fireplace with a good book and watching the snow out those large windows or the beauty of having your coffee on the terrace while basking in the morning sunlight. We want people to feel as relaxed as we've felt at the Black Walnut House and we'll do everything we can to ensure that!

There are several interesting activities that people can do in the area, such as doing a small hike to the Crasna Monastery, driving an ATV to get stunning views from different areas, going to Husar Slanic Riding Center, or going to the Salt mine in Slanic.
