Recently fully renovated, the apartment was designed to make your stay as cozy and pleasant as possible. Extended storage space, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern office desk are just a few of the items that will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable at the same time. The balcony garden view and the location away from the crowded traffic, will grantee you a delightful stay. The apartment is located at 10 minutes walk from Iulius Mall, 4 minutes walk to the nearest bus station, 4 minutes walk to the Profi supermarket (opened 24/7), 18 Gym and Catena pharmacy. Multiple park areas near the main building (Gheorgheni Park, Baza Sportiva Gherogheni, Iulius Mall Park) where it is a wonderful place for walks or outdoor sports activities. Only 3.5 km away from the Cluj Center and 5.9 km to the Cluj International Airport.
My experience over the years in long term apartment rentals helped me understand the necessity of ensuring high quality services and good and reliable communication with the customers.
The neighbourhood it is a very friendly area, with multiple parks perfect for walks and outdoor sports.
