The property is located near the University Campus on a quiet street and relatively close to the Center of the city, next to a small park and next to a taxi stand.
It is a quiet area, a pleasant and clean room for one person who is visiting, looking for a quiet place.
The location has nearby grocery store, a pharmacy, dining facilities and cafes, also a self-wash location, a laundromat.
Also means of transport are 5 minutes walk away, tram, buses, trolleybuses and there is also an OMV gas station nearby with free wi-fi.
Free parking can be done on one of the streets behind the building, within the limits of available spaces.
The room has a bathroom with a standing shower and there is a minibar fridge with a bottle of water on the house and a fan for hot summer days or an electric heater for cold winter, and there are trees in front of the window. It is a quiet place, no animals are allowed or making noice or having party at night, these are not allowed because it is a place where are living families with small children or students who are learning.
It is a convenient option for one person who wants to have a short visit or has a few days to visit rhe City of Timisoara and needs to live in a convenient clean room with a very good price and wants to hang around in the Central area of the city.
