Premium cabin on the river, hot tub, near Piatra Craiului. Cabana de la rau (Riverside cottage) is located in Satic, a village in Rucar commune, Argeș county, 13km from it. The village is located on the banks of the Dambovita river and is surrounded by the Piatra Craiului national park, where peace and quiet prevail, ideal for vacations, nature walks and tourist attractions. The cottage has 5 large bedrooms with king size beds, with a TV in each room and its own balcony. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with appliances (microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker) and an automatic coffee maker (coffee beens on site), as well as a cooking island. In the attic there is a generous living room with an extendable corner (2 extra people if needed). We have a maximum capacity for a group of 10 people (+2 extra people on the extendable sofa). For children up to 2 years old and 3 years old, we have cots, on request, free of charge. Private parking spaces available at the location. Outside there is: *a large terrace with dining area; *10-person wood-fired hot tub overlooking the river; (for a fee, wood included for free) *barbecue area; *wood-fired cauldron stove; *discs. The most appreciated tourist attractions in the area are the Valea lui Ivan River waterfall, the Dambovita Lake where you can fish, but especially the Dambovita Gorges, which offer a superb view. Those who want to stay local can visit the Piatra Craiului trout farm, where you can buy very good trout (we recommend it), can ride/take riding lessons at the riding center or can go for an ATV ride. The mountain trails are again an attraction for tourists who love hiking. For those who want to go in the surroundings, there is much to visit, including entertainment for the little ones: the Pecineagul Dam, the Brusturet Gorges, the Rucar commune, Bran Castle, the Bran Story Valley;, the Gradistei Gorges, the Zarnesti bear reserve, the Dambovicioara Cave.
