Although the house is located in the town of Bălan in an accessible area, the neighborhood is extremely quiet. You have the advantage of being close to nature while also having the town's amenities at your disposal. Everything you need is just a few steps away, including a grocery store located only a 1-minute walk from the house. The Floarea de Colț and La Moka restaurants are also very close, making them ideal for a quick and tasty meal. When it comes to attractions and nature, spectacular mountain trails leading to Piatra Singuratică and the Hășmaș Mountains start right from the town. Additionally, Red Lake and the Bicaz Gorge are located just a short drive away, perfect for a day trip.
