Teren de tenis, baschet, mini fotbal cu nocturna, zona fitness cu sac de box! ::)) Proprietate izolata cu posibilitate de acostare la doua pontoane, unul la Dunare iar unul la un canal privat in spatele proprietatii. Pescuitul se poate practica de pe ambele pontoane. Va rugam sa luati in considerare ca aceasta proprietate se afla departe de zona comerciala cu accesibilitate redusă la cumpărături imediate, plimbari, suveniruri, dar cu un plus de intimitate. Iar accesul la Casa de Vacanta se poate face Numai cu barca! Acest mic dezavantaj poate fi acoperit de operatorii locali ce organizeaza excursii zilnice in Delta Dunarii.
Iubim Delta Dunarii, pasarile, stuful, pescuitul, linistea si plimbatul cu barca!
Proprietatea se afla in centru rezervatiei Delta Dunarii ceea ce o face sa fie la o distanta de 1/2 ora de plaja Sulina, la mica distanta de cele mai mari lacuri din Delta, inconjurata de cele mai populare locuri de pescuit, Dunarea Veche, Mila 8, 16, Caraorman si multe altele.
