The house is located in Șimon village, approximately 2 km from Bran Castle, in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxation. The property is set back from the main road, with access via a short uphill path (approx. 50 m), easily reachable by car. The house features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. One bedroom has a private bathroom, while the other two share a common bathroom; there is also an additional bathroom on the ground floor. The living area is spacious and welcoming, with a comfortable lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. Guests can enjoy a large yard, a gazebo, and a dedicated barbecue area — perfect for spending quality time outdoors with family and friends. The property also includes a shared courtyard with another house where my parents live. They are warm, discreet, and always available to help if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy.
