The building is brand new,modern,adapted to all modern requirements,in order to offer you and your family a very pleasent holiday.The bedrooms are big and bright as they have one of teh walls completey made of glass.The all building benefits of tv cable,high-speed wi-fii connection ,video surveillance at the main entrances,safety depozit box,smoke detectors,video supervised parking lots and air coditioning.More over our guests can enjoy outdoors and partially indors terraces,green areas,a dinning room and a spacious,fully equipped kitchen.Our staff will be at your service in order to make you feel confortable. We would like to inform you that being a private host we can not provide invoices for our guests

About the location and the surraundings:the building is 20 m far from the Mamaia bulevard which is the way to the famous resort Mamaia(and beach).Nearby is the dolphinarium,City Park Mall and microreservation of Constanta.What is more ,the SIUTGHIOL LAKE is really close.The lake is surrounded by the biggest park of Constanta.
